I'm so excited to share with you guys the new and innovative facial foam cleanser! We don't get to see a facial foam that contains real fruits or tea leave separated with the cleanser, at the bottom of the bottle, these actually allow the soaked fruits/tea leave to provide your cleanser with more vitamins & antioxidant, more benefits!

Packaging:

This cleanser uses natural ingredients(free from paraben, sulfates, mineral oil, petroleum, animal-derived ingredients and artificial pigments). 

Instead of most cleanser where water is the main ingredient, this cleanser has their main ingredient in each bottle with extract of plants, fruits or whole grain.

Although this may not be the first beauty product in the Korea market that uses fermented ingredients, it's my first time trying this kind of technology. I'm not sure with other brands as I've yet to try, but I would say this cleanser does a good job in soothing my oily and sensitive skin. I've tried so many green tea cleanser but this is the best!!

You could see there's green tea leaves being fermented at the bottom of this cleanser. I love the packaging where i could see the leaves clearly in the bottle! 

Applicator & Product:

Nothing surprising to see a foam cleanser that come with this pump. After pressing down pump, we get to see puffy white foams.

Since the foam lathers up easily, I do not need to massage my face to work on it. It's gentle and it cleanse my skin really well, i can feel that my skin is clean without the squeaky tight sensation. Meaning, it does it job in removing the dirt and impurities but it does not strip off your natural oil. 

As for the scent, it definitely contain tea scents + something else, it could be the scent of the foam as I've tried other foam cleansers, it usually come with this scent in them. I couldn't describe it but it does not smell bad and basically the scent of this entire cleanser is really light.

Verdicts:

+ Cleanse the skin well without feeling tight

+ Refreshing in terms of scents and during application

+ Gentle 

+ Though it's meant for people with oily skin or pore concern, i love how it retain the moisture in my skin.

+/- If you're wondering this cleanser brighten up my skin or improve the pore, it does not. Anyway, i don't expect cleansers to brighten my skin, perhaps yes if it's right after the wash, but not in the long term.

This is my best find in foam cleanser and will re-purchase it I've been keeping up with the regime of morning foam cleanser and normal facial foam at night.

Recently my favourite cleansers are the Laneige Pore cleanser and this foam cleanser. I'll definitely hunt for more and different type of cleansers in the future so that I could share my experience with you guys! 😊

Hello everyone! I'm doing a quick review today on my favourite scrub mask. This item have been my favourite for many years and it's always the scrub that I would reach out for.

This item could be use as just a scrub or you could leave it on your skin for 10 minutes before rinsing it off.

It come with a thin plastic lid to keep the product hygienic i guess?  

The only downside some people might not like about this scrub mask is the fact that it does not come with any spatula. For me that's still fine, usually i would wash my hand clean and dig out any amount of scrub i think i would be using.

The texture is actually quite rough, but i like how is it. I feel that scrub that is not as rough as this texture does not exfoliate my skin clean enough, though i know it's not good for an exfoliator to be too rough as it would hurt our skin. Rest assure because this scrub beans or i would say sugar would melt on your skin after the contact with water as you rub. The size of the scrub is not too fine nor too rough.

Verdicts:

+ Baby soft skin after cleansing

+ 7700 Won for a tub of mask, it's definitely cheap and worth it!

+ It smell just like black sugar with a slight perfumed fragrance

+ Knowing how sensitive my skin is, this scrub does not break me out. It simply does it's job by exfoliating my skin clean and soft. 

+ As it does it's job in clearing the impurities underneath my skin, it does not cause my skin to turn dry either, basically no side effect for me.

I've been wanted to try this Ink Velvet or the airy version from Peri Pera for such a long time! So excited to share this with you guys today! 😆

Packaging:

Remember my review on the the Peri Ink collection from Peri Pera, they have the same kind of packaging except that velvet have a matt texture at it's body.

I choose shade 7 - Dollish Beige Rose, it's their autumn color that's release in the next half of 2016. I've been loving rosey lip color for a while,( this is similar to my Bourjois rouge edition velvet #7), and i like that this dollish beige rose contain bright undertone.

Most of my liptint are in a brighter or darker tone so i get myself a more neutral coral shade #12 - Pure Peach :)

Applicator/Application :

The wand applicator that contain soft fibre texture is attached to the cap, i feel that the applicator pick up too much product. As the tint itself is actually quite dense and pigmented, i tend to apply the tint using the side of the applicator then blend it out with the back of it.

Product Test, Swatch

This is perfect! I absolutely love the texture! This velvet tint provide you with creamy texture and sheer finish. The tint bring you bright and dense pigmentation that can be easily blended with your fingers or just with the use of a Q-tip to create gradient look.

For the first few minutes it may create a sheer finish, after about 15 minutes i thought the sheer finish is still there as i could still feel the creamy texture and my lips felt highly moisturize, but it did not! It settle into pretty matt finish without any flakiness on my lip and it does not accentuate my lip line for the rest of the day.

Swatch #7 Dollish beige rose.

The color has a pink undertone and i felt that although it's said to be rose color but it contain more pinkish shade than brown, which I'm fine with it since i have another 2 rosey shade liptint that contain more brownish undertone. This look like a tone down pink shade, and after a meal it fade off into a pretty light fuchsia pink.

Swatch #12 - Pure Peach

Indeed this color look really natural and light. Of course it did not stay longer compare to #7, but i like how natural this shade it. In fact i felt that Pure Peach look like neon coral/light orange? Anyway i like this shade, it's perfect be it i put on light or heavy make up :)

Verdicts:

+ This is totally my favourite! I'm always debating myself whether to get a matte lip product or not, mainly the concern being dry flaky lips. However,velvet liptint make my life so much easier! Though i have the lip rouge from Bourjois, but after they settle into matte finish, i could feel the creamy texture gradually fades off. I'm so in love with Peri Pera, for making everything i wish into just 1 simple bottle of liptint

+ Inexpensive, it's selling at 9000 Won, and about $11(SGD) if you where to get it online. 

+ Does not accentuate lipline and chapped lip. I can feel my lip moisturized for hours. 

+ They maintain this cute and unique packaging that literally imitate how some ink bottle might look like.

+ Not to mention how long lasting it is, i did not forget about this guys! I could say that i last me for a great 5-6 hours (with drinking). Though the color and finish texture might fade off a little but the rest of the tint stays on my lip for a long time. #7: It turn from pink and slight brown tone to a nice tone down pink color. #12: It fade off faster,leaving a natural nude color

No negative for this tint, i love it and recommend you guys to try it! :)

I've never tried a marker tint pen and this set of marker tint pen makes me fall in love with them. I'm definitely going to try marker tint pen from other brands as well, such as Peri Pera and 3CE! 😉 Without further ado, let us talk about these goodies now! 

Packaging:

They come in a simple black packaging and silver font, together with the shade of their tint indicating at the bottom of the marker for you to recognize your tint easily 😊

The stickers near the applicator tell you to use this tint on the inner of your lips to create the gradient lips look. 

Applicator:

Unlike some other brands, where the tip of the applicator come in a round shape, this A'pieu marker tint pen has a dent on the tint that meant to fit the shape of your lips. The pointy tip makes application for inner lips easier without making a mess on your lips.

I guess i am getting lazier these days, sometimes i find that having to unscrew my usual lip tint and put them on my lips and having to blend it with my fingers is such a hassle. This is the time when marker pen come in handy 😂

Swatch of the lip tint. I absolutely love the colors! The colors payoff are fantastic, and the scent of the tint smell fruity too 😍

Verdicts:

+ Although some of the tint fade off after my meal, making touching up necessary but i am thankful enough that it's not gone after drinking or eating light food(Bread, biscuit, etc)

+ The applicator makes applicator easy and hassle free

+ The price is totally worth it, it cost me less than 10000 won for each marker pen.

+ Although this tint carry a matt finish, it does not accentuate my dry lip lint and patches.

+ I am totally in love with this tint, it may not be as long lasting as my Peri Pera Ink liptint but it does a decent job, with great pigmentation.

Eyebrow pencil have been a necessity for most people, while for me, my eyebrow regime consist of both eyebrow pencil and eyebrow powder. 

One of my favourite Youtuber recommended this eyebrow powder from Mamonde, so i gave it a try :)

Product contain : 4g, Evening primrose oil

It helps to make natural neat eyebrows without cohesion.

Packaging:

Nothing fancy for the packaging, it came with a matt greyish case and white font.

Application/Applicator:

There's a built-in mirror in this eyebrow pact and in the pact it contains 2 brow shades, and 2 applicators. 

One of the applicator are for you to pick the powder up while the other one are use to comb your brow neatly

Product Test + Swatches:

On the image above, its the photo taken between 4-5 hours interval without touching up on my brow. (air-condition environment)

Verdicts:

+ The product felt soft and it's easy to pick up the powders from the eyebrow brush.

+ I really like how soft and natural the color turn up. It doesn't cause my brow to look overwhelm & thick with just 1 or application.

+ The color is natural enough that i don't have to use khaki brown(the lighter shade) on the inner part of my brow. Just gray is enough for the entire brow to look natural and precise.

+ It's small and compact which allow everyone to bring it around for touch up

- This product's lasting power is doing an average job. I wouldn't say that it's great and it last long on the brow for many hours because the shape of the brow are not as define as it was when i just apply it. Of course, the sebum on my skin is 1 of the factor that causes the color to fade, however i thought it can last even longer without me having to touch up every 4 hours or so.

As you all know, I've in love with pen eyeliners. They could do the job of precise line on my lid and i can easily control the shape of it, though i am fine with liquid liner too but pen liner are usually more convenient for me.

As I'm exposing to more and more pen eyeliner, i notice some of them that I've tried are either not pigmented enough or it fade off easily along the day.

Today short review will be about an eyeliner from nature republic, an inexpensive and great eyeliner.

Packaging: 

A normal green pen looking type of packaging with a cap at the top of the liner. Pretty much nothing usual or fancy.

Applicator: 

Coming from the name of hard liner, you could see that the applicator type is not exactly like those usual brush we see on pen eyeliner. Instead it comes together like a slight sturdy pointy sponge, which makes it more unique. 

The brown is not too light and this eyeliner is very pigmented, i could say the color is intense enough with just 1 swipe.

Other than the popular korea sheet mask, i enjoy doing wash-off type of mask as well. (usually on my non-lazy days) 😏 Today I'll be sharing 1 of my favourite mask brand. Elizavecca products have always been my favourite, be it their primer, wash-off mask or sheet masks. 

Maybe most of you have heard of this carbonated bubble clay mask raved by most youtubers or bloggers. I get my hand on this item as well and it's been my favourite for its value and entertainment (the cute cloud of bubbles formed)

Product value: Cleanse, exfoliate, clear the pores, hydrate while keeping it's real purpose of forming up clouds of bubbles as you are using the mask.
This mask contain charcoal powder to detox and purify your skin. 

Packaging

It holds 100ml of mask in this tub.



Though you could see there's a layer of inner jar that keep the air from reacting to the mask, after several usage, the mask left in the tub eventually form little bubbles.

Application/Applicator





Product texture felt a little dense and sticky, whisk up the mask with the given mini spatula and smear it over your face.

*After application of mask onto my skin and let it form up the bubbles for about 10 minutes*

I look so funny with this mask on hahaha! i could always feel the tingling feeling as the bubbles bloom on my skin.
Reaction of my skin after this mask is great! It felt so soft and clean after cleansing it off

Verdicts

➕ Scent is not noticeable, in fact its a mixture of faint clay and perfume scent.
➕ I like how this clay mask doesn't dries up and harden on my face, instead, it provide clouds of bubbles which is cute, funny and special compare to most clay mask out there.
➕ Most importantly, i like how it works, the results is all that matters. I can feel my skin really soft after washing off the mask. IT DOESN'T BREAK ME OUT! It doesn't cause this sensitive skin of mine to have nasty red patches as well.
➕ I can feel my skin clear up and hydrated. The next morning, my make up sit well on my face.
➕ With such technology and entertainment for us during the 10 minutes, the price is so affordable. It probably cost me about +/- $10.
➖ Unfortunately, I don't prefer how it's thick and clammy when i apply and even when i am rinsing it off. 
➖ Be wary not to scoop too much of this product, as much as i love the effect of blooming bubbles, the bubbles form up messily and it could cover your nostril, it can cause me hard to breathe and itch and this problem usually come together. 😅
