I've got my hands on the new Laneige new release "Water Bank Hydro Essence" during my trip to korea 2 months ago. I've got to say this is my current favourite essence and something I cannot live without in my skincare regime!



1. Green Mineral Water extracted with LANEIGE patented Ocean Brew Method providing dewy and luminous skin. Green Mineral Water extracted from vegetable instantly charge skin with moisture.

2. Bursting moisture, Water Splash
‘Water Splash’ formula pops moisture in the skin as soon as it is applied, delivering moisturizing power to the skin.

3. Moisture retention, Water Zipper
Green Mineral Water strengthens the tight junction in the skin, acting like a “Water Zipper” to prevent moisture from evaporating from the skin.

I actually like how they gradient everything in this glass packaging, even the glass cap are in pretty gradient of transparent to white 😍



This moisturizing essence are suitable for all skin type and the product contain 70ml in the bottle

The essence comes in a mild watery consistency and its easily absorbed into the skin

Verdicts:



+ I like the simple and glossy glass packaging
+ The light perfume scent of the essence
+ It absorb fast into the skin WITHOUT leaving any greasiness, as if i didn't applied anything onto my skin
+ The results are amazing! I have to apply acne cream on my skin everyday and it causes dry patches on my skin here and there 😐 (By the way, i am always very hesitant to try out new moisturizer cause i have acne prone skin) So, i usually goes around with flaky skin, and they look extremely drying even if i tried using foundation on those patching. It regulates the moisture balance on my skin very well, no more flaky skin but only soft moisturized skin now
+ I notice my skin getting fairer and smoother with the use of this essence, no dull skin 💖
- There's only 1 downside, it's a little princy but hey, I am happy to pay for what i get 😊 (It's retailing at SGD 60)

Anyway this is the end of today post, its my new holy grail essence that i cant live without these days and I really really highly recommend this!

Happy 2018 everyone! How are you celebrating on this new year day? Well, today I'm bringing you guys 2 serum by iUNIK 😆(A global beauty brand base on natural ingredients)

Note: As I'm currently having skin therapy at Clifford Clinic, I have these 2 products tested by my mother(in her late 40s) and sister(in her 20s). Don't worry, as I've asked them questions every week on the effect and studied the results. On area that i do not get acne(T-zone. neck area), i tested the product on myself and i'm happy with the texture! 👍

Tea Tree Relief Serum:

Centella Asiatica Leaf Water 19.5%

This Tea Tree Relief serum can help to make skin calming and relief with tea tree extract water 67%, centella extract 19.5% and 6 sprout extract for moisturizing and nutrition."










We all know that skincare that contain tea tree are great ingredient that sooth trouble skin, and provide moisture. It's suitable for oily and sensitive skin. This Tea Tree serum by iUNIK are housed in an ampoules bottle and the serum is in transparent pale green color.

Aside from the key extract (Tea Tree), this serum also contain sprout vegetables which contains vitamins, minerals and enzymes.

Black Snail Restore Serum:



Snail serum provides elasticity, anti-aging, even out skin tones and smoothen skin.

This is so lightweight guys! It absorb really quickly too! I really like the texture and finish. The consistency is not too runny(you know what i meant, its not like water).

Black Snail Restore Serum:







Like most snail product, it has a bit of slimy consistency, despite that, it absorb quickly too. The skin does feel a little sticky at the initial state after application, but it settle into smooth texture in the next few mins.

Both the serums does not contain any scents to it! Which I consider that as a major plus point, this prove that iUNIK do not include artificial fragrance into the serum

Verdicts:

Tea Tree Relief Serum:

+ It control the facial sebum well, after a few months of usage, there's a decrease in the oiliness on the skin (not that the skin are completely oil free, it decrease about 40%)

+ It's scentless and absorb quickly

+ Although it does not cure major pimple break out but it does help to reduce those annoying little acne on the forehead

- As it's a serum so i don't feel that help to moisturize the skin a lot, well it's alright because we usually apply moisturizer after the serum

Black Snail Restore Serum:

+ In terms of anti-aging, it can reduce the fine lines on the skin

+ It does a pretty good job in moisturing the skin as a serum

+ Absorb quite fast as well (it doesnt leave my hair sticking onto my face)

+ It doesn't contain artificial scent

+ It help to heal acne wound and flaky skin

Overall, I love both of these serums, my mum and sister adores it's quick absorption that they're always praising it 😊 As for me, I like the tea tree serum that are able to reduce on the facial sebum! Oh, important! They doesn't cause any breakout! With my skin sensitivity, these are really good serums that i could keep using them at ease, as they doesnt break me out. 💕 Although these serum really take times to see the result but you know it always depends on us to apply skincare diligently.
